I hadn't seen this message when I answered your other message.

Are your adoptive parents living? Do they have your adoption records?
Do they know the name of your biological mother?
Do you know whether you have any biological siblings?

Were you adopted in Augusta, Georgia?
Have you gone to the library to check the status of the availability of adoption records in the place where you were adopted?
A reference librarian can help you find the code section of state laws.

Have you checked with genealogical societies in your area to see whether anyone there can assist adoptees?

When you have done the above, you can check with the office of the states attorney to see what can be done.
