They are not known to be connected to Adam SHIPLEY, but they are in the book, "Shipleys of MD, 1968."
Benjamin SHIPLEY (1751 - 22 July 1812), m. Elizabeth.In 1799, he patented "Plum Tree Bottom," near Gist, Balto. Co., MD.
