Rebecka is certainly a family name and this "could" be one of the daughters of Sarah and Robert SHIPTON. Robert died 9 Nov 1791 and his wife, Sarah, was left with young children. Two sons, Peter age 16, and John age 14, were bound out 6 Aug 1793 as was one daughter, Susanna who was 8 years old. There were 2 little girls who were not named in the court record, one of which may certainly be your Rebeckah "SHIPAND" Contact Valeska Vicars
She has done extensive work on this family and has fabulous records. She will be happy to hear from you.
