I have some information on Shock, WV. My husband is descended from Alexander and Eliza Stump Shock who was the first settlers there. His great grandfather Henry married Nancy Dobbins and settled nearby. She was the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Dobbins. Their daughter Ada married his grandfather Dallas Gumm. Would love to correspond with anyone concerning these families. Thanks
