Ed,

The only Susan I have in my database was a daughter of John Jr., who was born in 1836. Since your Susan married in 1850, I don't know if this would be the right one:) I don't have any further information on this Susan. I also don't have access to the census, so I don't know if there are more Susans in 1850.

Marriage records should list the parent's names- I would check out her's.
