Can you confirm that in addition to having a daughter named Milly, that Allen Shockey had a son named John Allen Shockey and another daughter named Caroline Shockey?

John Allen Shockey is one of my great-grandfathers. He had 8 children, Beach, Bonnie, Raymond, Evily, Sam, Ruby, Lizie, and my grandmother, Pauline.

Pauline Shockey married Sterling B. Lindon and gave birth to Margorie, Melvin, Kenneth, Karen and Larry.

I believe the Robert Lindon, b. 1838, was first married to Milly Shockey and fathered Robert Shockey Lindon. After Milly's death, Robert Lindon later married Lucinda Haddix and fathered my great-grandfather, David B. Lindon. There was also another brother named Samuel and two sisters named, Betsy and Merkie, respectively. I'm not certain if Robert Shockey Lindon was the only one of the above 5 siblings with Milly Shockey as a birth mother, but I do know that David B. Lindon's birth mother was Lucinda Haddix.

My information indicates that they were all raised as brothers and sisters irregardless of differences in birth mother.

Does any of this sound correct or incorrect?

Thanks,

Jeff
