Hello,

I am seeking information on my husband's SHOCKEY line. I don't have much information except this:

Joseph SHOCKEY b. abt 1845 in Virginia md. before 1873 to: (1st wife)? - 2nd wife was Sara J. b. in Ill. md. 1895. (no children by 2nd wife-that I know of). Joseph was a farmer. Both of Joseph's parents were b. in Virginia.

Children of Joseph and 1st wife:

1)Oba Genoba SHOCKEY b. Jan.5,1875 in Bloomington, Mc Lean Co., Ill. d. Jan.5,1966 in Oklahoma City, OK. md. Stephen Gerard MAXFIELD.

2)Cora SHOCKEY b. abt 1875 in Ill?
3)Claude D. SHOCKEY b. abt. 1876 in Ill?

I am hoping someone can find some connection to this family. Your help is very much appreciated.
