Melissa, my grandfathers sister was Nancy Bell Ray, married to Hugh Allen Shoemake, brother to your Jesse Eads Shoemake.
Where do you plan to hold this reunion ?

I think Nancy's father fell out of a tree, he does not seem to have a father, mother, sister or brother. I do have a picture of him. He is listed on the 1867 census for the Canadian Dist.
Called the Tompkins Roll, listed as a halfbreed. Any Help ?
