I actually list him as Grover Leroy Shroyer, but since he has a kid named Leland, that's possible too! I don't have a lot on Grover... I show his wife was Zula? (no last name), and kids are Grover, Leland, and Alfred Murray Shroyer, on dates on any of the kids.

Do you know when Grover died... I only have birth date of 10/5/1885?

Daniel Shroyer's obit says Grover was living in Ridgeway, Ohio. An article about Daniel's 78th birthday says Grover and his sons were in attendance and lived in Saint Paris, Ohio.

There's a G.L. Shroyer listed in the Shelby County birth records 1880-1890 on page 91, says he was born 11/5/1885 in Salem Twp, Shelby county, Ohio. Not unusual to see the month off by a month in these for some reason. I don't appear to have the full text, but it should list parents... the fact that I didn't transcribe the full text likely means it showed Daniel and Jane as his parents, but I need to double check that for you.

Odd, that I have notes on Daniel's obit and the birthday article, but don't appear to have transcribed them. I may have gotten that info second hand from a cousin in Texas.... I think I have a copy of that database at home if I can locate it.
