Charlotte f. sias was a sister to two of my g+grandfathers:Andrew Lewis and James wilson sias. I can't help you with the Plumley side of your family,but I can give you a bit more information on Charlotte. he was b. 2-6-1844 and d.1917 Big Laurel,Lincoln Co.,WV. She married George Washington Plumley (as you already knew).I have two children listed for this couple: 1.Evi Plumley(named for Charlotte's brother)b. 11-19-1864 ; d. 1915
Evi married Martha Jane Smith (b. June 1861;d.1917).I have info on their daughter,Leva Florence Plumley who was born 12-25-1883 at Hager,WV and died 2-7-1978 at Midkiff,WV.
Leva married Isaac Sias. Their children were : Manuel (John) Sias m.Geneva adkins, Stella Belle sias b and d. 1909,Woodrow sias b.2-14-1913 ; d.5-27-1979 at Midkiff,WV,and Grover Lahmon Sias b.2-9-1915 ;d. 12-22-1983 m. Betty Reynolds.
Leva Florence's 2nd husband was John Floyd Honaker. They were married on 3/16/1917.
I haven't figured out ,yet,who Issac's parents were,but I haven't really tried.

For Victoria Plumley b.9-9-1866.I only have her husband's name: Blackburn Belva Adkins b.7-7-1859 and d. 7-17-1938.
This branch of the WV Siases is still around the Branchland and Mud River areas of Lincoln Co. WV
