Hi,
I lost this link and just found it. I have been meaning to make the cross county trip to the Sias Cemetery (or is it Plumley Cemetery) around Sias in Lincoln County.
I have read the Sias book discussed on this and other forums, and I can't find any concrete link for our WV James Sias to the VT Sias family.
Strangely enough, after years of searching and researching hundreds of names of folks in this part of WV, I haven't found our James Sias's orgin. How he came to be in Greenbrier Co., WV ...alone, is unusual, as no family I have researched came to this part of WV without family.
I am not convinced our James isn't a decendant of the VT Sias family, but until I find paper documentation, I am leaving him "out there".
I would like to continue adding to our WV James Sias family, and that includes the Plumley line,so I'd welcome your assistance.
Phyllis
