I never knew my great grandfather an the only name I ever had for him was Pa sias. however his name has been carried on through the generations. And in fact hisson Frank has a very distinguished and decorated history in the 82nd Airborn division at Ft. Bragg. Pa sias died from emphasima before I was born. He was married to Ruth and had 4 sons. Pa sias is burried in Wadington,N>Y> along with his wife who lived well into her 90's. If you are still interested in learning more about this end of the family please feel free to contact me as there is a wealth of information that will be of value to the generations to come as Pa's sons served in the military an was a decorated soldier recieving nearly every decoration short of the C.M.H. and was a "5" time prisoner of war in world war II. Also served in Viet Nam for three tours and was medically discharged from the service after being shot down in a chopper in Viet Nam in 1963 or 64.
