SIAS in Maryland, 1700s

Does anyone know anything about the origin of SIAS in Maryland?

We have four SIAS siblings -- Sarah, Joseph, Benjamin, and Keziah -- who were born ca. the 1730s to 1750s, presumably in Maryland.

Sarah SIAS married Benjamin CORBIN (1730-1813), had 11 children, and died in 1813, apparently all in Baltimore Co., MD. There is also a James SIAS, who married Sophia CORBIN (b. 1776), daughter of Benjamin & Sarah (SIAS) CORBIN. The CORBINs, in general, migrated from Baltimore Co., MD, to Huntingdon Co., PA, then central Ohio.

Keziah SIAS married Rev. Samuel LANE (1736-1812) as his 2nd or 3rd wife (sources differ). He was son of Samuel & Jane (CORBIN) LANE. They had 11 children, all said to have been born in Brady Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA.

I know nothing of Joseph and Benjamin SIAS, except that they were brothers of Sarah and Keziah.

Any additional information most welcome. You can link to family group sheets with data and sources (such as they are) at:
