Joseph SIAS in NY in 1801

There is a Joseph SIAS mentioned in 1801 in the account book of a merchant, probably in Genesee [now Wyoming] Co., NY. Does anyone know who this Joseph might be? This is early to be in western NY.

Also mentioned in the same account book, in 1799, is a Rufus CHAMBERLAIN, suggesting a possible relationship to Capt. Benjamin SIAS & Abigail MOORE, whose son, Samuel, married two CHAMBERLIN sisters.

In the 1790 Census, Capt. Benjamin has a son (name unknown) born before 1774 who is not accounted for. Could he be this Joseph?
