You might be right.

But keep in mind that Charles & Jane's son Samuel was born in 1790. I have Sarah born in 1800 in Danville, Vt., but no more information than that. Keep in mind also that, though Jane would have been 59 in 1800, families frequently adopted children claiming them as their own. She might be one of Charles by-blows or a daughter of one of their children (James or someone else).

One further caution. West Derby Vt. is now part of Newport. The Sias family farm (now the Shattuck Hill Farm) was/is in the west side of Derby. Charles & James are buried in the (Newport) East Main Street Cemetery, as are several of their kin. Coventry also abuts on Newport; I don't know the history of its borders.
