Sally Ann Phillips was my Grandmother. My Dad was Glen Sigman. I, too, am looking for more info. on my Dad's side.
My Dad died in 1977 from a heart attack. My Mother died in 2003 from old age. She told me that my Grandfather Sigman had come over from Europe and their name used to be spelled Sigmund. He changed it when he came to America. I never knew him. My Dad was born in Texas. Can't remember city, but they did settle in Tucson. I didn't know his brother Virgil, but the rest of the siblings were in Tucson too, except Uncle Jim Sigman resided in San Fernando CA. I will be in Tucson this week and will visit South Lawn Cemetary.
That's where my Dad is buried along with my Grandma, Aunt Della and her husband John Raymond (Uncle Ray) Cox. I should be able to get information from them. Will try to get as much as I can on Grandma and Isaac Newton Sigman. Please feel free to e-mail me. My brother, John Raymond Sigman, has contact with Uncle Jim's kids who are in Washington State. Della's kids are in Ariz. How are you related?
