This is some information I have that I got out of a Siler Family Book

Weimar Siler b. 1-1793 d. 4-22-1848 married Sarah Mode on 11-25-1827. Weimar was born in Chatham Co., NC

Jacob Siler, Jr b. 2-12-1809 d. 1-17-1903 married Margaret Moad b. 2-16-1811. They were married on 1-31-1833. Jacob Jr was born in Knox Co., KY

Jesse Parsons Siler b. 7-17-1811 d. 1869 married Elizabeth Moad b. 9-8-1815. Jesse was born in Knox Co., KY

These Siler men were all brothers, son's of Jacob O. Siler and Rachel Teague Siler. I am descended from another of Jacob and Rachel's sons, Hedrick Benjamin Siler b. 1-25-1805.

The Siler book says that Jacob (Sr) migrated from NC to KY around 1805 and settled on Cane Creek (about 2.5 miles north of the present town of Lot).
