Obviously you don't need anything from this part of our family line, haha. You have the right line. I am the Martha at the end.
Jim had a stroke in December and has very little of his spoken language left, but before that he had spent years doing genealogy. He and my husband had found some Silers that went back beyond Plikard's father in Germany. I will ask my husband for the genealogy, we should have it on a personal ancestry file or it is on Jim's computer.
What son can you trace your line through?
Our Hist. Interp. program is rather new and we meet in a house built in 1836 by John Drennen and continuously owned by the same family until they sold the house to the University for the program. It is an exciting and dynamic field. The story behind the people and why it is importatn to tell that story is what makes me tick. It was nice ot hear from you.
Sincerely,
Martha Davis Siler
