Looking for parents of Stephen, Lyman & Pauline born in 1830s

Pauline Siler married Joseph HOTTER/HUTTER 29 Jul 1860 in Jefferson co., WI. She and her husband are in Waterville, Pepin Co., WI for the 1870 and 1880 federal census + 1885 WI state census. Also in Waterville, Pepin Co., WI is the Stephen SILER family and his brother Lyman with them. Lyman was b.~1834;Stephen b.~1836;Pauline b.~1939. On the 1880 census their birthplace is listed as Wertenberg. On the 1885 census Germany is marked as their birthplace. Their parents were also foreign born. I do not know if their parents came to America. I'm hoping these names sound familiar to someone.
Lyman is listed as deaf & dumb on the 1880 census. Stephen's wife is named Catherine and by 1880 has 3 daughters Mary, Ellen and Maggie.
