DR. ADAM SIMONSON came from the east prior to 1795. In that year he purchased a lot in “Jacobs Addition.” He married a daughter of REV. OBADIAH JENNINGS, of Dunlap Creek, and remained a practicing physician in Uniontown until his death in 1808.
