I am looking for information concerning Jacob Skelton of Washington County Arkansas, born in 1845. His parents were Ralph Skelton and Cassania Conner (I think). He served in the 1st UNION Arkansas Cavalry, company L. He married Elizabeth Brewer around 1865/66. They had three children, A.T., W.W., and R.R. Jacob died somewhere between 1870-1883. I am related to Elizabeth Brewer from her second marriage, and I really want to know about her. I figured if I found out more about Jacob, I might be able to find out more about her. Please help.
