Peggy, My Grandmother was Josephine Skelton Tate. She was born Nov. 18th 1866. My information shows her to be the daughter of Catharine Campbell and Jack Skelton. I don't have much information on either of them. I do have pictures of her brothers T. B. Skelton known as Faud and Joseph John Skelton. According to Everett Barksdale Catharine was a 1/2 sister to JWT Barksdale. My information may not be totally accurate and is not complete but I will share what I have. Bill Tate
