Looking for parents of grandfather. Parents names unknown. Mother passed away between 1937 and 1939. She was a invalid.The information that we have is little but we do know grandfather had a older half sister Idella who lived in Orgean when she passed. Had a full brother James Skelton who lived in Andrews S.C.when he passed. Father of grandfather gave up rights to him in Nov. 1939. Grandfather was born Ernest Richard Skelton born Jan. 3, 1937. He was raised in Augusta Ga.by the Mcneely family.
