I am trying to find information on my grandmother's, Rose Skelton, ancestors. Rose was born in England on 20 Sept. 1904. She came to the USA with her mother before she got married and they had to have some goverment agency pay their passage back to England because they had no money. She married Edward Aspinall in England around 1923 and they moved to the USA around 1928. Her social sercurity was #542-26-2871 & she died 14 Feb. 1967.
