Lee,
Are you the Lee Skelton who is a descendant of Milton Purcell of Daviess Co.,In.?
I'm helping a friend of mine Jackie (Purcell) Clark who is a great granddau. of Judson Purcell 1852-1920 & wife Elizabeth Davis.
We think this Milton is a brother to Judson. If you are, then we would like to ask you, if you might have any idea who Judson's & Milton's grandfather Jesse Purcell 1780-1867 was the son of?
Right now, we think his father was Edward Purcell 1759-1849 who was in Rev. War.
We have made some trips to Washington, Vincennes & Sullivan, In., but are having trouble finding anything concrete.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks for any help.
