Charles Richard Skelton II was born in Rhode Island in 1889. His mother's name is believed to be Martha and it is believed she was born in Ireland. His father, Charles Richard Jr. is believed to have been born in England.
He had siblings, Jean, Sally, Susan and Stephen.
Jean, Sally and Susan apparently attended Hunter College in New York. I tried to get information from the college but must have gotten the wrong department, as they were no help. Am hoping to find living relatives of these Skelton's as my mother-in-law has always wanted to know about them, especially her grandparents.
