I'm so glad you replied--Pearl Harvey is one of the relatives I haven't found much info on. I found her in 1900 living with her sister Bertha in Jamestown but I couldn't find her in later years because I didn't know her married name. My mom couldn't remember it. I've been tracing all of William and Lucinda's children and have a ton of census info about them. My line goes through Achsah Harvey, Fidelia and Russell's daughter. Achsah married George Hall and they lived in Bear Lake, PA, which (you may know this being from Chaut. CO)is near the PA/NY line. I grew up in Bear Lake next door to where George and Achsah raised their family--the houses near there were in the family for a couple of generations. I believe that William's father was named James (possibly William James, but he went by James). In 1820, he lived in Pomfret. In 1830 he lived in Arkwright, but had moved to Erie, PA in 1840. I couldn't find him in 1850 but in 1860 he was back in Arkwright. His wife was named Mina/Mine. I have more info about them, but since this is getting lengthy, I'll stop there for now. You can email if you'd like at mlhc72@yahoo.com and I'd be glad to share the other Skiff info as well as the May/Harvey info I have. Have a good day!
