Phillip, Walter was my grandfather's (Samuel) brother. My father spoke of Walter when I was a young boy. I believe Walter was still alive then although I never met him. For some reason I assumed he was alone, or maybe a batchelor; obviously not. Jacqueline/Kevin Lynch, (Jacqueline's my 1st cousin once removed) have put together an extensive family tree of the Skingles, and found me in Australia. You can see their numerous postings on the Genealogy Forum. But I don't think they have much detail about Walter's family, perhaps you can fill in the gaps.
Best regards, Derek Skingle
