My info is compiled from the internet and various sources, so, it must be verified.
That said, from information I have run across on this family, I believe that this is the family of Cornelius and Rebecca Mitchell Skinner.
I also have a feeling that Cornelius is possibly a sibling of Alexander L Skinner (marr to Cynthia Gregory), who was in Monroe Co., IN for the 1860 and 1870 Census and in Sullivan Co., IN for the 1880 Census.
I have no access to 1850 Census Records from home, but I have seen postings indicating the Rebecca was in Lawrence Co., IN Census.I do not know if Cornelius was listed with her. Below is Rebecca in 1860 and 1870.
