Rebecca,

Hi. My ggg-grandfather John Slagle was born 1792 somewhere in Germany and his father was apparently Henry Slagle. I don't know any more than that but I'm hoping to get more information about John's wife, Elizabeth Wiseman, from a very active Wiseman family genealogy source.

I'm eager to know if my John or Henry are the same ones you are inquiring about and eager to know any sources that could help me confirm their identities. John at one time lived in Gallia County, Ohio where my gg-grandfather was born.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Graham Lockett
