W. John Slayton has invaded the privacy of my entire family, by posting myself, my children and my entire LIVING FAMILY on the LDS Pedigree Research File, which is on the Internet. It is also freely available on their CD#8. This CD #8 is available in every LDS Library and their website, and the information is available on the Internet.
I AND MY FAMILY WISH HE HAD NEVER SUBMITTED ANY OF US ON ANY SITE,AND WE WANT IT ALL REMOVED, IMMEDIATELY. The Pedigree Resource File clearly states their PRIVACY POLICY and it says that EVERY LIVING person being submitted has to give permission for this.
At NO TIME did W. John Slayton contact me, (HE had my email and address),my children, my siblings or their families, my mother, her siblings and all of their family members for permission to submit any of us to this database. He did not give documentation or verification of any information,or where he got it.
He used my family and my research of 20 years to further his own agenda, whatever that is, and he is not even remotely related to me or my family in any way.
The worst part is that he managed to submit my information with a huge number of errors, as to dates and places for births, marriages and deaths, which will now perpetuate all over the internet. How or why he would do this we do not know. How many Slaton Researchers has he done this to, have you checked your name out?
The information he submitted for one example, he has married my biological Irish Father's Grandmother (my Mayflower lines), Annie Morton Soule, who lived in KY, to my Stepfather's German Immigrant ancestor, Garret John Schwering, who never left Indiana.
