I think I might have found who Charley and Becca Slemp MIGHT be. Alpha Slemp married Hiram Reece and had a daughter Alpha Reece who married Pat Ware. To continue:
Alpha Slemp (Reece) brother: David Slemp had 12 children:
His son Samuel C. Slemp married Cornie Rebecca Reasor, daughter of Peter Milton Reasor and Melissa Temperance Jones. They were married June 30, 1907.
If the C. in Samuel C. equals Charles (et al.) and common nickname of Rebecca is Becca, then I would say this is them. Seeing as how they are close to Alpha in relation (Samuel C. is a nephew) then I would almost guarantee that this is them in the following picture:
