You can see a photo of a property document of 1867 on http://www.familychest.co.uk/FamilyChestDocs/documents/0611002.htm which mentions the following people:

Thomas James PULLEN of Ironmonger Lane, Cheapside, City of London. Gentleman
Ernest SMALLFIELD of 55 King William Street, City of London. Timber Merchant
Edward MILLS of 55 King William Street, City of London. Timber Merchant
Austin NEAME of 55 King William Street, City of London. Timber Merchant

The document begins by reciting Indentures of only 3 days earlier in which a 99-year lease on property in South Norwood, Surrey, was granted to Thomas Pullen.

He is now selling on the lease to the other 3 parties for 350. The property consists of two dwellinghouses known as Nos. 1 and 2 Broad Lands, in a new road called Lawrence Road, South Norwood, adjoining Norwood Junction Station.

The document contains the original signatures.
