Hattie M., wife, 22, married at age 18, GA, GA, GA
Geraldine E., dau, 2, FL, FL, GA
Lucy J Jr., son, 1, FL, FL, GA
You know that Barney died in Hillsborough Co FL, so I would get his death certificate for sure, it just may tell his parents names.
Another place to look, which is going to be very time intensive is the 1935 and 1945 census on familysearch pilot at: http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/#r=0;p=allCollections
It is not indexed, but is by County.
