Gene,
Isaac Teeple died in 1828 in either Washington Co., PA or Stark Co., OH.He had purchased land in Stark Co., OH and at least two of his sons travelled there Peter and Christopher). They eventually went on to Kosciusko Co., IN.Peter's eldest son, John Flemming Teeple was my gg-grandfather.
Peter and Elizabeth (Teeple) Smock traveled through Ohio and on to Green Co., WI.Elizabeth was the yonger sister to Peter and Christopher above. They are buried in Monroe in Green Co., WI.
The connection of Samuel Smock (d.1913 in Lincoln Co., KY) to Isaac (b. 1812-1814) is fairly certain. It is plausible that he is the son of Abraham and Mary Stagg Smock, but this would need more proof. There seems to be at least three Samuel Smock in KY in the late 1800s and I believe a lot of the online information intertwines these various Smock lines.
