I have been working on the Snouffer line for about 8 years now. I have just started to connect the Ohio SNouffers with some help with local "cousins" like you. I don't know where Arthur connects into the tree yet. Can you find out who his father was? Are you in Ohio? If so, the county courthouses are a great place to start. If you don't know his birthdate, you can check the cemetery records if you know where he's buried or your father's birth record. The parents full names and dates of birth are usually there. It's a puzzle from which you can easily work backwards.

I have LOADS of Snouffers and much research has already been done. It's the most recent generations I am interested in adding. Would you like to share information?
