Howard,

I was researching my Laughlin line and found the information during this search. Sandi is a good researcher and I believe she did thorough research to put this in the family tree. I will post the link below so you can peruse it. I haven't yet looked in any colonial records and Mary S SNYDER was in Canada by the time the 1790 Census came out. I do know of many families that took "black sheep" off their family bibles and refused to recognize them. Mary married a Tory and if the Snyder family were patriots this would be a reason to disown her. Just a hunch but I've seen such things before. I will check my database further.
