I think that I have the names you are looking for. JAMES WASHINGTON SNYDER, born November 1858 in Indiana, probably Marshall County. On 11 November 1879 in Marshall County, Indiana, he married ROXIE ROGERS, born May 1862 in Indiana. Their children: 1. BERTHA S. SNYDER, born April 1881 in Indiana. No further info. 2. WESLEY ALVIN SNYDER, born 1 August 1882 in Indiana. Alvin married LYDIA STELL OR STULL, and had children, Frances G., James R. and Fay M. All three children were born in Montana but by 1930 they were living with their Aunt Nellie Snyder Harner in Berrien County, MI. Alvin and Lydia were enumerated with Lydia's parents in La Porte County, Indiana...don't know why they weren't together with their children. 3. HOMER S. SNYDER, born 25 July 1885 in Indiana. They were in LaPorte County, Indiana in the 1900 and 1910 census. They were in Sheridan County, Montana in 1920 and Daniels county, Montana in 1930. James Washington was the son of Michael Snyder and Martha Whitesell. I am not sure who Roxie's parents were. James is the younger brother of my ancestor Alfred Snyder. I can send you info on Michael and Martha's family if you don't already have it. Hope this has helped you out some. Lynn Notify Administrator about this message?
