That information looks about right! Thanks for sharing! That would make Jemima Snyder and her husband, Peter Dasher first cousins.
The worldconnect tree incorrectly states that Adam See b 1792 married Amelia Randall. Actually George See (not Adam) married Asenath Randall in Hardy Co, VA on Oct 21, 1823. There is no evidence that George's full name is Adam George See. Asenath was born Jan 27, 1801 and has a sister named Amelia born in 1795 but she married someone else. Asenath & Amelia are not the same person as I've seen noted on many postings. The 1850 census on George See clearly states his wife is Asenith.
Also I've seen postings that state George See born Sept 4, 1796 and died 1853. He was alive and well on the 1860 & 1870 Hardy Co census. He possibly died in 1873 not 1853.
I don't think Jacob, Abel & Godfred are their children...but I could be wrong. Just haven't seen any evidence. There are those names living in Hardy co but they clearly are children of other See families. Want to share?
Do you also know of Peter Dasher's date of death, Jemima's husband? I'd also love to know about her father and mother. Thanks so much for sharing. I really do appreciate it.
