Seeking any information on this family. John Garrison Snyder born 1814 Hubbard, OH married Harriet Burnett 1838 had one son Enoch 1844 Harriet died 1846. John then married about 1850/1 Nancy Cochran she born 1830.
John and Nancy had at least 6 children: Almeda 1852-before 1870; George Willis 1855-1940to1949 married Martha Crooks; Padden 1857-1870; Emma 1860-1940to1949 married John McConaghey; James G. 1861-1915 went to Illinois; Malinda 1862-1951 married James McKeon. John then disappears and/or dies about 1862/3.
Nancy then married Thomas Pugh and they have Anna 1865-1949 married William Gordon; Thomas also called Vaughn 1868-after 1951; David 1874-after 1880; John 1877 and Minnie 1881-1940 married Howard Hubler.
After Thomas death Nancy and Minnie move to Youngstown Ohio about 1895. Nancy dies June 1906 and is buried in Hubbard.
As for the Snyder children, Enoch stayed in Hubbard area and died 1925. George lived in Oil City, PA in 1940 and died before 1949; Emma died sometime between 1940 and 1949; Malinda lived in Youngstown Ohio until death in 1951.
As for the Pugh children, Anna lived in East Youngstown, later named Campbell, and died 1949; Thomas/Vaughn lived in Struthers, Ohio from 1940 to 1949 and lived in Youngstown in 1951; John lived in Buffalo, NY from 1940 to 1951 and died sometime after that; Minnie lived in Youngstown Ohio until 1940.
