Would like to share information on the Peter Snyder family of Lehigh Twp., Northampton Co., PA and Hannah Schneck daughter of Jacob and Magdalena Schneck of Whitehall Twp., Lehigh Co., PA.
Peter and Hannah ( Schneck ) Snyder, Hannah was 2nd wife of Peter. They had at least 10 children;
1. Catherine, married Daniel Benninger
2. Thomas, married Julia Ann Solt?
3. Magdalena "Polly", married Jacob Ringer
4. Sarah
5. Adam, ( his mother Hannah living with him in Lehigh Twp., Northampton Co., PA census in 1850, Peter Snyder Sr. died in Jan 1832 )
6. Simon, married Mary Ostertag
7. Lydia, married Thomas Bartholomew
8. Jonas
9. Elizabeth b. 14 Aug 1816, married Nathan Kuntz (Koontz)
10.Hannah
Peter Snyder states he has 14 children in his will. The other chilren are Jacob, Peter, Salome,and Abraham.
