Sorry it took so long for me to respond, but this seemed like the longest of long shots. It still does. But the locations you have mentioned are at least not altogether distant or remote from each other. So based solely on proximity, it would at least not be impossible for the two Snyders to be related. But that isn't much of a connection. The town where Levi was a carpenter, was Rowsburg, Ohio. Rowsburg is closer to the center of the state, but is roughly on a line between the eastern-most and western-most counties you have referenced. With migration during that period being typically east to west, it is likely that many families took routes that brought them through much of this same territory you have referenced. But again, that's not much to go on. Unless you have some specific mention of the name, Levi, we probably do not have more than a very poor chance of matching up on this.
