FYI, my husband is an attorney. I fully understand what intestate means. What you are failing to note is that the succession clearly states Joseph Sonnier, Sr. died intestate in March of 1861. He did not die before 1850. The succession mentions that he DEPARTED LIFE IN MARCH 1861...I mean how could that statement be any clearer?????
Furthermore, your repeated postings constitute harassment and obsession with myself and others of the Sonnier family. I find your obsession with the Sonnier family out of line.
Your obsessive behavior is out of line.
I do not care one whit for your illogical and incorrect rantings about Joseph Sonnier, Sr. The truth is apparent for any intelligent person to observe.
In the matter of the Estate of Joseph Sonier dec.d In the County Court residing session in and for Orange Co. Texas for business relating to the Estate of Dec.d persons. To the Hon. W. Triplett Chief Justice Orange Co. Texas
Your Petitioner Joseph Sonier Jr. respectfully sheweth that sometime since; to wit in the month of March A.D. 1861 His father Joseph Sonier Sr. being a resident citizen of Orange Co. departed this life leaving some Estate which Petitioner sheweth needs care and attention and He prays given cause us to grant him letters of Administration of and upon the Estate of the said dec.d - showing that he is one of the heirs of the dec.d and therefore entitled to the same. And he will ever pray etc.
