I have found additional information related to my Sonntag ancestors. I now have a marriage record for Hermann Sonntag & Pauline geb. Sonntag from Roschutz, Kr. Lauenburg, Pommern which indicates his parents are Albert & Anna geb. Kamin. The record indicates that Hermann was born in Sulitz, Kr. Neustadt, West Prussia He & Pauline were living in Klein Massow at the time. I then found birth records for five of the seven siblings in the records for Krackow, Kr. Putzig Evangelische Church (1857 through 1866) with these parents. I'm still missing thew birth records for Gustav and Albert?, the latter who may have gone to Australia.

Therefore, at this time I do not believe that there is a link between you Australian Sonntags and mine. By the way, the parents of Hermann's wife Pauline are shown as Eduard & Auguste geb. Lieke of Bergensin so there is no link there either. There are other Sonntags in the records I have seen, but none with a Panzer as the Mother.
