South

I'm looking for information and documentation on my early South lines. My South surname ends with Eliza South (who married Jonh Sinclair/Simper in Sullivan Co.,IN 1850). She was the daughter of PETER SOUTH b 11 Feb. 1808 in Washington Co.,KY. Peter married Sarah Hereford in Sull.Co.,IN 1828. Peter was the son of HENRY SOUTH b 6 Nov 1772 in Washington Co.,KY. Henry m Chloe Brunt(s). I can prove all of this. The following is questionable-- Some say that Henry was the son of WILLIAM SOUTH b ca 1756 and he married Rebecca Naomi (Amy) Cruse.(her 2nd husband was Anthony Sanducky). William and Rebecca had the following children: Mary b 1771; Henry b 1772; John F b 1778 and William King South b 5 Nov. 1780. This William b 1756 was the son of William; who was the son of John; who was the son of George South. Does anyone have this line who would be willing to share information with me. These early Kentucky South's SO hard to get straight.
Thank you,
Jacqueline Eufemi
