Hi Robert,

Thank you for answering my inquiry, it looks very promising your Mary South is the one I am looking for. It shows on the 1930 census that Charles Chapman's mother was born in Pa, and I have visited the graves of Charles D and Alice Forsythe Chapman in the cemetery at Milford Center, Oh. One conflicting thing is Charles Chapman's death cert states she was born in Ohio so one of the two is incorrect. I have not found a grave there for Mary South Chapman but there are empty or at least graves without headstones next to Charles and Alice so maybe his parents are buried there. I am going to see if that cemetery has a record of burials after 1917. I would appreciate any help you are able to give me. I am researching my son-in-laws family tree and the Chapmans are his 2 and 3rd grgrandparents. Thank you again this has been a great help. Chris Royster
