I have South relatives in NZ -they came out in 1875 from Croughton ,Oxfordshire. Suzanna 'Susan' Rawbone (1844-86) married George South & came to NZ -settling in Geraldine ,with their 4 sons -John, George ,Alfred & William. They had more in Geraldine -Frederick Ernest, Jesse Colin, Frank & Rowland James (1884-86).
George remarried Emma Walker & had James Herbert South in 1893.
