Jerry Curtis South, LT Gov of Arkansas

I read in the Gee book on the South family that my gr-granduncle Jerry Curtis South (1868-1930) was Lt Gov of Arkansas. Can anyone verify that? If so, I need the dates also.

And there is a Jerry C. South listed in The Political Graveyard at

as being a Delegate to the Dem convention from Arkansas. Would this be the same person?

I have a photo of Uncle Jerry, if anyone would like ....
