thank you David. I believe Laura was indeed daughter of Lewis Kniffin and Mary Catis. I did not have the marriage info for Ward (I have as Robert Ward Kniffin 1864-1936), I show him as married to Effie Elvira Clark 1889 with 8 children, however his marriage to South's have sister possibly was a first marriage. I will continue to research.
Also looking for info about Mary Catis.
