Dear Susan,

Look at #1367 which I did previously that is why I said what I did in my last response. That the date of the gift most likely could be at the time of Isabella's marriage to George South.

Hope we can some day find a will or more data. In my last response I asked where you got information on a possible son William??? The only William Dyas (b. 15 Aug 1677 in Somerset Co., MD) I have was the son of Thomas Dyas who married Jane Pelingham and he most likely can not be a son of Thomas Dyas (prob. born about 1620) possible father of my Isabella.

I have considered Thomas Dyas could have married Jane Pelingham and moved to Maryland, but ...

Oh, the missing documentation drives me crazy.
